It is recommended that residential air handling units be inspected and, if required, cleaned every year. Residential supply, return and exhaust ductwork should be inspected and, if required, cleaned every two years.

For the public good, it is essential that the HVAC systems in all buildings where persons work, visit or reside support a high quality indoor environment. (ANSI/ASHRAE/ACCA Standard 180-2008, Standard Practice for Inspection and Maintenance of Commercial Building HVAC Systems).
If you are interested in having a cost estimate provided to inspect and/or clean the HVAC system in your building, Power Vac-BELFOR’s Certified Ventilation Inspector will require a copy of the system’s mechanical drawings and may perform a site visit. Based on the drawings provided, a price quote is submitted.
